Quite attractive is country tourism. It acquaints you with
everyday life of the contemporary Bulgarian village. Thus you will
not only get closer to the work and family of the Bulgarian
countryman, but also you yourself will take part in preparing
home-made typical Bulgarian meals, canned food, dairy
and meat products; in picking up fruit from the local
vineyards, fruit orchards and vegetable gardens; in taking care
of domestic animals; in preparing the famous Bulgarian yoghurt.
This kind of tourism is successfully combined with eco-tourism.
