Day 1. Arrival at Sofia airport. After being acquainted with your host, you'll be transferred to a hotel in Sofia. Check in. Time at leisure and dinner.

Day 2. Departure to Sandanski. Stopover at Rila monastery. The place is invaluable treasure, included in the list of World Heritage. It houses many superior works of National Revival painters, builders, wood - carvers and icon - painters. Lunch in a local restaurant. We proceed to Sandanski, accommodation at a hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3. In the morning, a walk in this small town with its splendid air and Mediterranean verdure all over, followed by a short trip to the small museum town of Melnik, scenically located in the foothills of sandstone pyramids. A visit to the Rozhen monastery - a wonderful place surrounded by perhaps the most unique landscape in the Balkans, you will never forget. Lunch in Melnik. We proceed to Bansko. Accommodation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4. A morning look at the highlights of this mountain town, followed by departure to Plovdiv. Accommodation at a hotel. Time free at leisure for sightseeing. This is the country's second important industria, cultural and historic center. The ancient town of Plovdiv is a quarter you would not miss. There are fascinating art galleries, churches and pretty houses here. Dinner.

Day 5. Your trip continues to Veliko Tarnovo via the Shipka Pass. A pause to have a look at the spectacular view. The Pass has been an arena of battles during Russio - Turkish war. You may visit the Memorial Church dedicated to the deceased. Next we visit Etara. Free time and leisure. Accommodation in a hotel in Veliko Tarnovo. Dinner.

Day 6. Morning departure to Plovdiv. Accommodation at a hotel. Plovdiv is an original living museum - an architectural phenomenon. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7. After breakfast, departure to Borovetz. Short trip in the biggest Bulgarian ski resort. Departure to Sofia. Accommodation at a hotel. Time at leisure. Dinner in a folk restaurant. Overnight.

Day 8. Transfer to the airport for flying back home.
