      Over one hundred houses from the 18th - 19th century have been preserved. The most remarkable are: The House of Moskoiani (1840 ) was biult from a rich trader. On the high stone cellar a floor for living was built. It was made of wood and it comprises of a hall and four big rooms. Now the Ethnographic Museum is situated in this house.
The House of Captain Pavel is situated on the southwest coast of the peninsula. It has a symmetrical facade and a big arch door on the first floor.
Lambrinovata Kashta was built in the middle of the 19th century. Its corner location allows the typical bow window extension of the second floor.
